125.00

Thursday, May 9th, 6-8:30

Join artist and good friend of Case for Making Joe Ferriso for this watercolor workshop where we will explore color, shape and repetition using our Tiny Paper. This class takes a deep dive into alternative ways of building an enjoyable and practical daily painting practice! Joe will discuss tips for never getting stuck on what to paint, how to keep moving forward, why he loves using tiny paper and ways he thinks about and uses color and composition!

The class will begin with a basic brush handling and technique refresh as well as go into the nuanced details of combining a series of tiny paintings into what can be a finished piece by exploring composition in a final grid display — this class is great for both beginners and established artists!

* you will receive 1 of our CfM Handmade Watercolors at the beginning of the class to use!
* plus two packs of our CfM Tiny Paper and a paint brush!
* please bring your own watercolor set or you can purchase one in the shop the night of the event at 10% off
* recommended age 14+
